Fight Back Friday June 22nd

Welcome to another Fight Back Friday! Today we are bringing together another collection of recipes, tips, anecdotes, and testimonies from members of the Real Food Revolution.

Who are they? Why, they’re the Food Renegades. You know who you are — lovers of SOLE (Sustainable, Organic, Local, and Ethical) food, traditional food, primal food, REAL food, the list goes on. I believe that by joining together, our influence can grow, and we can change the way America (and the industrialized world) eats!

So, let’s have some fun.

    Thanks for hosting! In my post this week I debunk the “Healthiest Meal Ever”, which looks more like airline or American school cafeteria food. The British scientists who designed this meal failed to distinguish between factory and real food. I offer a much healthier and better tasting alternative made with real food.

    Did you know that grasslands are more biodiverse than most rainforests? And that they are just as essential to our health and survival? This week I posted on how returning cattle to pasture could actually reverse and SOLVE the problems of global warming, topsoil loss, desertification, water and air pollution, and catastrophic flooding. Choosing to eat grass fed beef is how we can make it happen.
