Welcome to another Fight Back Friday! Today we are bringing together another collection of recipes, tips, anecdotes, and testimonies from members of the Real Food Revolution.
Who are they? Why, they’re the Food Renegades. You know who you are — lovers of SOLE (Sustainable, Organic, Local, and Ethical) food, traditional food, primal food, REAL food, the list goes on. I believe that by joining together, our influence can grow, and we can change the way America (and the industrialized world) eats!
So, let’s have some fun.
If you want to participate but aren’t sure how, please read these guidelines for how Fight Back Fridays will work.
Please be courteous and use your BEST blog carnival manners! In the very least, that means remember the two most important things you can do:
- Share a relevant post from your blog with us using the McLinky Widget below (don’t just link to your blog’s home page).
- In your post, be sure to link back to this post (not the Food Renegade home page) so that your readers can have access to all the information and encouragement we’ll be sharing.
Please also feel free to make use of any of the banners below by saving the image to your desktop then uploading it to your own server. (You don’t have to use them, but they’re there for you!)
If you don’t have a blog but are interested in joining the conversation, you can leave your comments below!
I can’t wait to see what you all share!

Thanks for hosting! In my post this week I debunk the “Healthiest Meal Ever”, which looks more like airline or American school cafeteria food. The British scientists who designed this meal failed to distinguish between factory and real food. I offer a much healthier and better tasting alternative made with real food.

Hi! Thanks for hosting!
Did you know that grasslands are more biodiverse than most rainforests? And that they are just as essential to our health and survival? This week I posted on how returning cattle to pasture could actually reverse and SOLVE the problems of global warming, topsoil loss, desertification, water and air pollution, and catastrophic flooding. Choosing to eat grass fed beef is how we can make it happen.

Hi Kristin, I submitted a podcast interview of a Doctor who says families should seek nutrition and alternative care before they go to a medical clinic!
Except in the case of emergencies, of course!
Listen to his fascinating interview on my blog today!

Hi! Thank you for hosting! This is my first time posting on Fight back friday. I posted about how the senate voted on the recent farm bill and how they voted on GMO labeling.

This week is BISCUIT WEEK! Well, not really, but I did make Strawberry Shortcake w/ Mint-Infused Honey as well as Biscuits & Gravy this week. It’s good enough for me!
I have made the recipe I posted so many times with many variations. My kids love it and that means it is a winner for me.
Apple Chicken Sausage with Green Beans
I’m not entirely sure my post fits in but it does apply to The Farm Bill and how we feed hungry people in America
