I owe you all an apology. Somehow in the midst of what has been a very chaotic life recently, I failed to post the winner of the GAPS Starter Kit giveaway. I selected the winner ages ago via Random.org, but completely neglected to pass on the news to you. Recently Nicole from GAPSdiet.com contacted me asking for the winner’s contact information and I thought: What? You mean I didn’t do that already?
