september giveaway vitamix blender

This month, I’m giving away a Vitamix Blender to one of you.

I am so grateful for you, my readers! You hang with me through thick and thin as we buck conventional nutritional wisdom and cleave to eating according to our ancestral, traditional food ways. Without you, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

So, as a way of saying thank you and giving something back, I’m hosting monthly giveaways!

These prizes are coming entirely out of my own pocket. I choose them based on your Facebook votes, and I ship the prizes directly to your doorstep.

I’ve been wanting a Vitamiz for some time but just can’t seem to work it in to the budget. I have RA, have tons of food allergies and sensitivities, and am pre-diabetic so I really want to take control of my health. Though I love my fruits and veggies, and eat very few processed foods, I have a tendency to over-indulge in sweets. My daughter is picking up my addiction to sweets so I want to replace them with healing fruit and veggie smoothies every day. Im so excited to get started. Your site has been so helpful to me so thanks for all you do!

I am a first year college student so my budget is really tight but I am also really health conscious and eat really clean. The Vitamix would make things so much easier since it is so powerful and would allow me to make simple and quick meals.

  16. Nickelle says

my blender had a difficult time even blending a smoothie. Winning this would be amazing because I can’t afford a good blender.

  17. Tamara says

The Vitamix pictured in the give away is the more expensive, newer kind, but the link takes us to a page that is the older version. The price you state of the give away is more like the price of the older version. I just think the picture/ price/ and actual give away should all be consistent. Just a heads-up! Thanks!

  18. Tanya says

How very kind of you to do such an awesome give-a-way! Who wouldn’t want a VitaMix?!?! (It’s on my Christmas list!) :-) Blessings on you and your passions!

  19. Alessandra says

If I had a Vitamix I could make Skordalia. Ya take a pile of blanched almonds, skins popped, about 1bulb peeled fresh garlic, lots of fresh lemon juice, zest optional, salt, n drizzle in olive oil till it won’t take anymore. The key of this recipe is as much fresh raw garlic as you can stand, it’s a traditional cure all.
