Welcome to another Fight Back Friday! Today we are bringing together another collection of recipes, tips, anecdotes, and testimonies from members of the Real Food Revolution.

Who are they? Why, they’re the Food Renegades. You know who you are — lovers of SOLE (Sustainable, Organic, Local, and Ethical) food, traditional food, primal food, REAL food, the list goes on. I believe that by joining together, our influence can grow, and we can change the way America (and the industrialized world) eats!

So, let’s have some fun.

    This week I have three more things to share:an amazing creamy & dreamy pumpkin ice cream with winter squash as the very first ingredient…I am thinking pumpkin pie a la mode…i have had over 10 taste testers and everyone swooned over this!
    Also a great homemade stuffing whose taste WAY surpasses any mix, and a delicious easy soup for using up your leftover turkey!

    Thanks for hosting!! This week I’m sharing a recipe for Low Carb Pumpkin Cheesecake. It’s sugar and gluten free, but does NOT contain aspartame, sucralose or any artificial poisons. Top it off with a generous dollup of homemade raw whipped cream sweetened with stevia and indulge without guilt.
