Fight Back Friday January 27th

Welcome to another Fight Back Friday! Today we are bringing together another collection of recipes, tips, anecdotes, and testimonies from members of the Real Food Revolution.

Who are they? Why, they’re the Food Renegades. You know who you are — lovers of SOLE (Sustainable, Organic, Local, and Ethical) food, traditional food, primal food, REAL food, the list goes on. I believe that by joining together, our influence can grow, and we can change the way America (and the industrialized world) eats!

So, let’s have some fun.

If you want to participate but aren’t sure how, please read these guidelines for how Fight Back Fridays will work.

Please be courteous and use your BEST blog carnival manners! In the very least, that means remember the two most important things you can do:

  1. Share a relevant post from your blog with us using the McLinky Widget below (don’t just link to your blog’s home page).
  2. In your post, be sure to link back to this post (not the Food Renegade home page) so that your readers can have access to all the information and encouragement we’ll be sharing.

Please also feel free to make use of any of the banners below by saving the image to your desktop then uploading it to your own server. (You don’t have to use them, but they’re there for you!)

If you don’t have a blog but are interested in joining the conversation, you can leave your comments below!

I can’t wait to see what you all share!

Thank you so much for hosting this delightful linky! Some great posts..:-)
I have entered a post close to my heart this week # 17 Brainpower Smoothie.
My eldest daughter was a little stressed and overworked, as her final school exams are approaching fast. I really wanted to help her so I spent time researching which brain foods would help her to concentrate and memorize for many hours at a time. I only chose ingredients that had been scientifically proven to be effective in boosting brainpower and then went about concocting the ultimate brain food recipe. IT WORKS, IT REALLY DOES! My daughter found drastic improvements in her ability to think almost straight away so I just had to share this with you.
In the post I have detailed why I have included each ingredient as well as the Brainpower Smoothie recipe.
I AM STARTING MY FIRST WEEKLY LINKY CALLED SEASONAL CELEBRATION THIS SUNDAY- It would be great if you linked up?

I shared a post about the surprising secret ingredient in your orange juice and a photo tutorial on making your own sourdough starter/bread.

Thanks so much for hosting and have a great week :)

Thanks, Kristen for your awesome blog carnival! Today I am sharing this story about a Polish raw milk vending machine company with ambitions to spread their technology around the world. They believe in the healthfulness of farm fresh milk and know that small dairy producers will benefit from this mode of delivery!

By the way, I have my own blog carnival on Mondays called Weekend Gourmet. I hope some of you bloggers will submit your fave recipes! The carnival is usually live by 10am EST. Archived posts are welcome, too!

This week I am sharing my recipe for GAPS Chocolate Chips (honey-sweetened), which work perfectly in chocolate chip cookies, I am happy to say!

I am also sharing my Week Two of the GAPS Challenge, and my 5 Recipe Resources for GAPS post. There’s a grain-free theme here!

Oh, and I just added a recipe for white chocolate chips yesterday.

Sharing a post I wrote this week about ways to gain better health outside of food. My focus was on the bathroom and includes shower filters, coconut oil, and something called a Squatty Potty, which has to do with colon health.
    Love Fight Back Fridays!
