I’m surprised you do not have a recipe for home made deoderant. It is very easy and it WORKS!
1/4 c organic corn starch or arrowroot
1/4 c baking soda
6-8TBS coconut oil
20 drops essential oil of choice or to “taste”
I like tea tree, but lavender or others would work too.
Mix all ingrients with a fork in a bowl until well combined. Warm it up enough to blend well, but not enough to melt the oil. I find in the summer during hot weather I need to use the larger amount of coconut oil, and in the cold winter, less.
This makes enought to fill 3 empty commercial deoderant dispensers, or you could just apply it with your fingers (as my daughter prefers) and store in a covered jar.
My sisters and I all have been using Lavilin for a while now and we are HOOKED! Lasts up to 4 days for each of us. I also use the foot deodorant since I’m a runner 🙂
