If you’re a parent to a young child just transitioning to solids, you’ve got a few options when it comes to carrying food on-the-go. I used to haul around a bag full of tiny little breakable mason jars, spoons, napkins, and bibs and stock up with nutrient-rich, organic, toddler-friendly foods that I prepped at home. Alternatively, you could buy pre-made toddler-friendly convenience foods at the store.
One of the things that makes those convenience foods so convenient? Pouches! Kids love feeding themselves out of those things. Open a mason jar for them, and they’ll spend a minute or two eating and then become more interested in playing with their shoes. Open a pouch, and they’ll eat the whole thing down (mess-free) and be happily entertained and occupied while doing so.
The downside to those convenience foods? Questionable ingredients and single-use packaging.
That’s why I’m pleased to announce that this month, I’m giving away a Large Starter Kit from Little Green Pouch. These are easy-to-fill, reusable pouches. How cool is that?
Here’s what I like about Little Green Pouches; they’re:
- Easy to fill.
- REUSABLE!
- Dishwasher safe.
- Freezable.
- Squeezable.
