What a great time-saver this would be. Many, many years ago I had a pressure cooker (old fashioned now) that was a stovetop version and I was always a bit nervous using it, although I did use it a lot. This one seems like a breeze to use and has mostly positive comments. I can see the advantages of having this and thank you for offering the opportunity.
I don’t use my pressure cooker anymore, but this one seems to fix the main things about it I object to. I really like how you steer us to new things. 🙂

Thank you for the opportunity to win an Instant Pot Pressure Cooker. The slow cooker is fantastic on this machine and I love the stainless steel pot. No worries about lead leaching from a ceramic Pot. All of my Slow cookers I owned were old and the ceramic pot could no longer be trusted and since I have to above normal amounts of lead in my body. I throw them all all way, and now I am looking at the Instant Pot with it’s Stainless steel cooking Pot that is a plus to me. Again thank you for the opportunity. Nothing wrong with this Instant Pot which is the 6 in 1 IP-LUX60, but your readers might wish to know that that Instant Pot has just come out with a newer model, the 7 in 1 IP-DUO. The new model costs little more than the old model, so if I were interested in purchasing an Instant Pot, I’d get the new model. The new model has a number of improved features including a setting for making yogurt if that’s of interest to anyone.
