Some people are game changers. You hear them speak, and you walk away … changed. You’re empowered with knowledge, inspired to action, and ready to make lasting improvements in your life. But not all of us can afford to travel to conferences to hear these experts speak. That’s why I’ve grown to love audio recordings. I listen to them while I do the dishes, listen to them while driving, you name it. Next week, you can catch The Healthy Life Summit streaming online for FREE. This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss!

Cranberry Superfood Spread
After we switched to real food, my husband and I stopped buying jam and jelly from the store. I started to miss the deliciously sweet fruit spread and thought I would experiment in the kitchen to make something jam-like to spread on sourdough toast and on sourdough peanut butter and jellies. I came up with this delicious cranberry spread that is husband and health approved!

GIVEAWAY: Win One of Three $50 Gift Certificates from Jovial
Have you ever tried any of Jovial’s inherently good food? My family adores their entire line of food products — from gluten-free rice pastas to einkorn flour. I use their BPA-free jarred organic tomatoes in my tomato basil soup, dip their chocolate einkorn cookies in my raw milk from pastured cows, and pack their soy-free, gluten-free fig cookies in my kids’ snack boxes. This week, I’m privileged to be giving away three $50 Jovial gift certificates to my readers!
Bacon Jam Recipe

You can serve bacon jam with crackers, over baked brie (my favorite) or spread it on sandwiches and hamburgers. Give bacon jam to your friends and family as gifts. They will love you forever for it!

You’ll need to develop your own style of real food eating. Here’s how to do it.
