Fight Back Friday October 11th

Welcome to another Fight Back Friday! Today we are bringing together another collection of recipes, tips, anecdotes, and testimonies from members of the Real Food Revolution.

Who are they? Why, they’re the Food Renegades. You know who you are — lovers of SOLE (Sustainable, Organic, Local, and Ethical) food, traditional food, primal food, REAL food, the list goes on. I believe that by joining together, our influence can grow, and we can change the way America (and the industrialized world) eats!

So, let’s have some fun.

    Thanks for hosting! My post this week is about why drugs and surgery are not the only way to maintain health. We should also use the gentler, and much cheaper food-based methods of Hippocrates.

  5. Thank you for hosting fight back Friday. I shared 3 posts this week, General Tso’s Chicken (real food ingredients only), a DIY green powder that I made with an abundance of kale and lastly a post about the harmful effects of BPA and why BPA free may not be all it’s cracked up to be.     I’m new!!
    I had just read the instructions, and I still messed it up…
    I wrote my blog’s name, rather than my name, and then thought “Where was it that we were supposed to describe the post in 4 words or less?”
    Oooooops. Newbie mistake!
