In one week, two of you will be winners. I like the sound of that word — win. Particularly when it’s something I’m enthusiastic about getting.

In this case, it’s something I’m enthusiastic about giving. It’s a free hour of nutrition and wellness coaching. With me. And it’s not just any old hour of chit chat (although it’s always lovely to get to know you guys better)! It’s perhaps the most important hour my clients ever spend with me — the initial Nutritional Profile Evaluation and Assessment.

So, what exactly is that?

The Nutrition Profile Evaluation & Assessment is a comprehensive look at your health, well-being, and nutritional choices.

I begin by giving you a questionnaire to take home and complete over the course of a week. At the end of that time, you send me your answers. After I’ve reviewed your answers and evaluated your diet and exercise habits, I’ll give you a call and we’ll spend an hour on the phone discussing what goals you should set and how to help get you there.

It’s simple, but it has the potential to be life changing. Granted, it’s not as in-depth or hands on as my coaching programs. But it can help point you in the right direction.

    I can’t believe I stumbled across this site while doing research for a personal training client of mine! I hold the same belief system and run a fitness consulting company that is trying to change our culture, one person at a time, by getting them away from those stupid 100- calorie snack packs and the like! :-) I am enjoying all that I’ve read on this site thus far and can’t wait to try the recipes, esp. since I’m learing the language of living GF and having overhauled my diet years ago to move toward butter and coconut oil and all that yummy natural good stuff. Thanks for being a renegade leader!

    I say yay and congrats to maintaining – and feeling great. The shredding is probably building up some muscles, so you might still be losing fat and gaining muscle, so only seems like no weight loss.
