Win A Free Hour of Nutrition And Wellness Coaching

In one week, two of you will be winners. I like the sound of that word — win. Particularly when it’s something I’m enthusiastic about getting.

In this case, it’s something I’m enthusiastic about giving. It’s a free hour of nutrition and wellness coaching. With me. And it’s not just any old hour of chit chat (although it’s always lovely to get to know you guys better)! It’s perhaps the most important hour my clients ever spend with me — the initial Nutritional Profile Evaluation and Assessment.

So, what exactly is that?

The Nutrition Profile Evaluation & Assessment is a comprehensive look at your health, well-being, and nutritional choices.

I begin by giving you a questionnaire to take home and complete over the course of a week. At the end of that time, you send me your answers. After I’ve reviewed your answers and evaluated your diet and exercise habits, I’ll give you a call and we’ll spend an hour on the phone discussing what goals you should set and how to help get you there.

It’s simple, but it has the potential to be life changing. Granted, it’s not as in-depth or hands on as my coaching programs. But it can help point you in the right direction.

I would love to win! Would this apply to just one of us in our household or the household as a whole or my husband and me as a couple? Thank you for this great opportunity!

  2. AppleTree says

This would be so great for me right now. I have been in a horrible rut with eating and exercise. I want to be better about all of it but can’t seem to find a way to start.

I could definitely use this as I’m struggling in my weight loss endeavors at the moment especially when it comes to food. I was making the right choices for the longest time and then let it slip a bit. I’m just needing a bit of guidance and this would be perfect. Thanks for the opportunity to enter.

I’ve been following a low carb/Atkins lifestyle for sometime, and am tweaking it more and more towards a paleo plan now. Anyways, I would love to win some coaching! Who wouldn’t love a little guidance? Thanks for the contest! Love following your blog in my RSS feeder. :)

I love your blog! Poor nutritional choices over the years have left me not feeling my best, but I still need to raise seven beautiful children. I so want to feel and look better.

I’m in for sure! But if I win, maybe you could do my m-i-law instead – diabetic, recovering from heart surgery at 57 and says she “already eat pretty healthy”.

I am very interested in learning about other ways to manage this disease and would love to chat with you about your approach to it . Hope I’m one of the lucky winners!

That video is so awesome and inspiring! I have only begun in the last month to eat whole real foods and I’ve definitely not completely left my bad eating habits behind yet. It would be so sweet to win!

My husband and I have changed our eating lifestyle since the birth of our daughter 5 months ago and this chance would be fantastic. Especially as she nears starting real food and we’re planning to make our own baby food.

You’re rocking it! Your excitement about the 30 day shred makes me want to try it, but I’m such a chicken. I would really love to have Jillian’s Wii Fit Workout…. of course that would require a Wii Fit and some extra floor space.

I can’t believe I stumbled across this site while doing research for a personal training client of mine! I hold the same belief system and run a fitness consulting company that is trying to change our culture, one person at a time, by getting them away from those stupid 100- calorie snack packs and the like! :-) I am enjoying all that I’ve read on this site thus far and can’t wait to try the recipes, esp. since I’m learing the language of living GF and having overhauled my diet years ago to move toward butter and coconut oil and all that yummy natural good stuff. Thanks for being a renegade leader!

I say yay and congrats to maintaining – and feeling great. The shredding is probably building up some muscles, so you might still be losing fat and gaining muscle, so only seems like no weight loss.

Of course I’d love to win. Who wouldn’t want to kick their efforts up a notch by having a qualified expert take a closer look at the goods and bads of their eating habits. So yes, please give me a shout if I’m so chosen.
