Medical researchers released the results of a study on Wednesday that demonstrated just how beneficial a return to eating foods more traditional to the human diet can be. They took a group of non-obese, sedentary(!) volunteers and fed them a paleolithic diet for 10 days. Just 10 days! And they got amazing and significant results.
