-

Can you guarantee I'll get pregnant?
No, I can not guarantee it. There is no guarantee as to what you may experience or achieve by participating in this course. However, I am very confident that this program can help you regardless of whether or not you're able to get pregnant. This diet focuses on nutrient-rich foods (particularly the ones traditional cultures held sacred for increasing fertility). Eating these foods can only help you on your personal journey towards complete health and wellness.
Will this diet help me with X (fill in the blank) medical condition?
I am not a doctor or a medical practitioner. This online class does not constitute the practice of any medical or other professional health care advice, diagnosis or treatment. You should consult with your personal physician or other healthcare professional if you have any healthcare related questions or before changing your diet.
What if I do everything you say to do, and I still experience negative symptoms like morning sickness?
We are all quite unique, each with a very individual medical and nutritional history. If generations of your family have been severely nutrient deprived there is a possibility that you may be able to reduce the severity of -- but not completely prevent -- one of these conditions. It's possible to eat all the best foods, but still be nutrient-deprived because of poor digestion. (That is, after all, why so many go on gut-healing diets like the GAPS Diet.) It's possible to "do all the right things" and still have bad things happen. What I can say with surety is that if you adopt these principles, you'll be putting yourself in the lowest risk categories for any number of problems. And that's a very, very good thing!
I've been off grain for two years and on the GAPS Diet for one year. Will I learn anything new from this course?
GAPS is helpful at returning balance to your inner ecosystem and restoring you to a healthy gut. By being on GAPS, you're probably a step ahead of most because you can KNOW that your body is digesting ALL the nutrient-rich foods you're giving it. (After all, it is possible to eat a nutrient-rich diet and still be nutrient starved just because of poor digestion.) That said, the GAPS diet is not identical to a traditional fertility diet. There is overlap, and most fertility foods are "GAPS legal." But there are some foods prized above and beyond others for heightening fertility, and you'll learn about those. Also, there is so much more to this course than just teaching you a diet!
Why can't I buy a compilation of the videos in DVD format?
Most of the videos include clips of copyrighted material from various documentaries or films. While we can make use of this video content for educational purposes under Fair Use laws, we can not actually reproduce this content for sale without violating copyright laws.

The information you have included is so well thought out, exactly what a new mother needs to have the best experience with the best information for her pregnancy and birth. I have an Educational Health Center in Monterrey, Mexico where we teach Pre Natal Resources. I have recommended your program to all of those who are English speaking. I want to thank you for putting such a wonderful teaching aid out to all young mothers to be and to all grandmother’s who can learn how best to support their daughters through the miracle of pregnancy and birth. In deep appreciation.
Barbara B. - After trying since last September, I’m finally pregnant! We had just about given up and were talking about what we would and wouldn’t do if it happened by March, given that I am 37 and he is 38. Then last week I was pretty sure it hadn’t happened – big boobs, cranky, face breaking out, achy in the abdomen, so I figured my period would come right on schedule on the 30th day like it has for months. 30th day… nothing…. 31st day… still nothing…. so on the 32nd day, I took a home test and surprise! Pregnant. Never thought I’d ever have a child – it has never been part of my vision for myself until very, very recently. So this will be quite an adventure! Thank you so much for this course.
