Are you struggling to get pregnant?
Did you know infertility is a modern problem? Traditional cultures rarely, if ever, experienced infertility. In this online course, you will learn about the nutrient-rich diets that fertile populations around the world ate when preparing their bodies to conceive and give birth.
Do you want a beautiful birth?
Nutrition matters! Study after study has proven it. If you want to reduce your chances of getting a C-section, this is the course for you. If you want to learn about natural birth options, this is the course for you. If you want to do everything within your power to bring your baby to full term with the least amount of personal discomfort, this is the course for you.
Do you want your child to never have an ear infection?
Never need glasses or contacts? Never need braces? Did you know that the way you eat when you're pregnant can either give your child a wide face with high cheekbones -- or a narrow face without enough room for all his teeth or tonsils? Did you know that what you eat while pregnant can actually make a long-term difference in your child's health?
Do you want to know how to avoid morning sickness?
Or cravings for junk foods? Or varicose veins? Or stretch marks? Or swelling? In this online course, you'll learn how to prevent or minimize the effects of these and other pregnancy pitfalls with the right nutrition.
How long do I have access to the course materials?
You have lifetime access to the course and its materials. So, even if a year from now you decide you want to review the videos and course downloads, you'll be able to. Can you guarantee I'll get pregnant?
No, I can not guarantee it. There is no guarantee as to what you may experience or achieve by participating in this course. However, I am very confident that this program can help you regardless of whether or not you're able to get pregnant. This diet focuses on nutrient-rich foods (particularly the ones traditional cultures held sacred for increasing fertility). Eating these foods can only help you on your personal journey towards complete health and wellness.
Will this diet help me with X (fill in the blank) medical condition?
I am not a doctor or a medical practitioner. This online class does not constitute the practice of any medical or other professional health care advice, diagnosis or treatment. You should consult with your personal physician or other healthcare professional if you have any healthcare related questions or before changing your diet.
What if I do everything you say to do, and I still experience negative symptoms like morning sickness?
We are all quite unique, each with a very individual medical and nutritional history. If generations of your family have been severely nutrient deprived there is a possibility that you may be able to reduce the severity of -- but not completely prevent -- one of these conditions. It's possible to eat all the best foods, but still be nutrient-deprived because of poor digestion. (That is, after all, why so many go on gut-healing diets like the GAPS Diet.) It's possible to "do all the right things" and still have bad things happen. What I can say with surety is that if you adopt these principles, you'll be putting yourself in the lowest risk categories for any number of problems. And that's a very, very good thing!
I've been off grain for two years and on the GAPS Diet for one year. Will I learn anything new from this course?
GAPS is helpful at returning balance to your inner ecosystem and restoring you to a healthy gut. By being on GAPS, you're probably a step ahead of most because you can KNOW that your body is digesting ALL the nutrient-rich foods you're giving it. (After all, it is possible to eat a nutrient-rich diet and still be nutrient starved just because of poor digestion.) That said, the GAPS diet is not identical to a traditional fertility diet. There is overlap, and most fertility foods are "GAPS legal." But there are some foods prized above and beyond others for heightening fertility, and you'll learn about those. Also, there is so much more to this course than just teaching you a diet!
Why can't I buy a compilation of the videos in DVD format?
Most of the videos include clips of copyrighted material from various documentaries or films. While we can make use of this video content for educational purposes under Fair Use laws, we can not actually reproduce this content for sale without violating copyright laws.
Lesson 1Why Nutrition Matters
Did you know that what you eat can make it hard to get pregnant? That being too skinny can actually disrupt your hormones and prevent pregnancy? That PCOS is reversible? That what you eat when you're pregnant can ensure your child never needs braces, glasses, or frequent doctors visits? In this lesson, you'll learn about why nutrition is so important.
Lesson 2Dangers of Industrial Foods
Did you know that eating MSG and other food additives when pregnant can harm your baby's growing brain? That eating too much corn and soy can have devastating effects on your fertility? That eating modern oils can weaken your placenta? That genetically engineered foods can cause allergies? Or that eating too much refined sugar and grains can cause gestational diabetes? In this lesson, you'll learn about how to read labels for hidden ingredients and be inspired to remove these harmful foods from your diet.
Lesson 3Why Real Food?
Did you know that grass-fed beef has more Omega-3s, an important nutrient for your baby's growing brain? That eggs from hens raised on pasture contain 6 times more vitamin D? In this lesson, you'll learn about how traditional, real food is grown, harvested, and prepared so that it is far more nutrient dense than your average grocery store food.
Lesson 4Preventing Autism, Allergies, and Behavior Problems
Did you know that probiotic rich foods like raw milk, homemade sauerkraut, or yogurt can reduce your child's risk of having ADD, autism, or allergies? That improperly prepared grains can contribute to gut dysbiosis? In this lesson, you'll learn about naturally fermented foods. And you'll learn how to make the grains you eat more easily digestible and nutrient-rich through traditional preparation techniques.
Lesson 5Traditional Fertility & Pregnancy Diet
Be introduced to the sacred foods traditional people groups ate to increase fertility and create healthy, crisis-free pregnancies. Discover which foods can eliminate morning sickness, reduce pregnancy cravings, prevent swelling and varicose veins, and more.
Is saturated fat really bad for you? What about eating foods high in cholesterol? Just how much caffeine or alcohol is safe to consume when pregnant or nursing? Does birth really have to be a medical event for most women? Get the real facts behind these and other common myths surrounding pregnancy and birth.
Lesson 7Alternative Medicine: Crackpot or Beneficial?
Contrary to what your medical insurance coverage states, pregnancy is not a disease. And, for 95% of women, birth is not a medical event. In this lesson, you'll learn about when conventional medical treatment is a good thing, when it's a bad thing, and what you can do instead.
Lesson 8Natural Childbirth Options
Your birth can be anything you want it to be. In this class, you'll learn about gentle birth methods including hypnobirthing, water birthing, home birth, and more. Find out about natural pain-management or reduction techniques which can be safely used during birth in any environment (home, hospital, birth center).
Lesson 9Importance of Breastfeeding
Did you know that while most women have the best intentions to breastfeed, they usually get derailed early because of some rather common complications? In this class, you'll learn how to overcome those challenges. You'll also learn about what other options you have if, for whatever reason, breastfeeding isn't an option for you. (HINT: It isn't commercial formula!)
Lesson 10Baby's First Foods
Think baby's first food should be rice cereal introduced when they're 4 months old? Think again! Did you know that babies don't even have the right enzymes to digest grains until they're at least a year old? In this lesson, you'll learn about which nutrient-dense foods traditional people groups have fed to infants as well as when they introduced those foods.
Lesson 11How To Prevent Post-Partum Depression
Did you know that c-sections, low self-image, poor stress management, and antibiotic use can contribute to PPD? Did you know you can reduce your risk of C-section by 50% just by getting better sleep? Or that the the best way to flatten your tummy again after birth is with a special workout that exercises your transverse abs? Learn how you can treat infections while pregnant without resorting to antibiotics or risky over the counter medications.
Lesson 12Making it Real
Learn how to make this nutrient rich diet affordable. Find sources for quality, farm fresh foods near you. Learn how to organize your kitchen and plan meals to reduce your kitchen workload. Plan and prepare for post partum meals.

In deep appreciation.
- After trying since last September, I’m finally pregnant! We had just about given up and were talking about what we would and wouldn’t do if it happened by March, given that I am 37 and he is 38. Then last week I was pretty sure it hadn’t happened – big boobs, cranky, face breaking out, achy in the abdomen, so I figured my period would come right on schedule on the 30th day like it has for months. 30th day… nothing…. 31st day… still nothing…. so on the 32nd day, I took a home test and surprise! Pregnant. Never thought I’d ever have a child – it has never been part of my vision for myself until very, very recently. So this will be quite an adventure! Thank you so much for this course.
