Jill at Real Food Forager shares a recipe for Grain-Free Fried Chicken. I haven’t had fried chicken in ages. It’s not just about the grains. It’s the unhealthy vegetable oils that fried-chicken joints fry up their chicken in. In this homemade version, you can eat grain-free AND use healthy oil. It’s a win!
