Real Food Goes Mainstream
Alice Waters, one of the major movers and shakers in the Real Food Revolution, actually got 15 minutes of prime time mainstream media coverage last night. On 60 Minutes. The reporter covering the story, Leslie Stahl, didn’t seem convinced. At one point in the video below, Alice Waters made Ms. Stahl breakfast. Her goal? To show how quickly Real Food could be prepared and how tasty it can be.
Organic Is Not Enough
Organic food. It sounds so safe. So wholesome. So good for the environment. So good for our health. Doesn’t it? At least until you realize that the Texas and Georgia peanut plants that were sending out salmonella riddled peanut butter also had federal organic certification.
