		<description>Christiana -- Thanks for the compliments. I&#039;m considering going &quot;paleo&quot; for a while, just to give it a shot. But, like I said, I honestly think that if we sprout grains and stick to raw or fermented dairy, we&#039;ll probably avoid their notoriously bad effects. Plus, I have access to sprouted grains AND raw dairy, so I don&#039;t see why I should give them up.  I do realize that a lot of people out there don&#039;t  have this kind of easy access, so I wanted to give a hat tip to the primal diet so that they know there are other options out there.</description>
