I may be stretching the definition of Real Food Fridays with my addition this week but I procrastinated on writing up my new slow cooker oatmeal recipe so this is the only post that nearly fits the topic... A post on my favorite bamboo cutting board. Can't prepare Real Food on anything less than an eco-friendly cutting board right? :)

Another old time recipe - this one from my Grammy's High School Home Economics cookbook. It's delicious - and easy to make and reminds me of fall!

I didn't know what to write about today - but then I had a neat conversation about goats and cheese - with a man who grew up with dairy goats. He told me all about his mom and her cheesemaking - the way she used to do it without fancy tools. The whole experience was thought-provoking and inspiring.
