<description>Greetings. This is my first time linking here. I just finished a new website for a permaculture farm in Nepal - Ajamvari Farm -- and included a post on some nutritious vegetables I learned to love there.

		<description>Hi All,
I got so busy this morning, I almost forgot it was Friday. RFM, I was so happy to see Rick win for Frontera. :-)

Today&#039;s post is about Homeopathy, which we have used for many years along with real food to keep up healthy.

<description>Today I posted about the winner of Top Chef Masters, Rick Bayless, and his sustainable farming foundation, Frontera Farmers Foundation.

Rick won $100,000 donation to the charity which provides farming equipment and other materials to assist regional farmers in his area with developing sustainable techniques. Bravo Rick and Bravo Top Chef for giving this cause the airtime it deserves!

<description>I&#039;m SO thrilled today to share the first installment of a series of posts guest written by one of my clients. She will be documenting her journey from fast food to real food over the next 6 months.

<description>I didn&#039;t think I was going to have a new post to share this week - the time just slipped on by, but I revved my little noggin and slipped on the typing gloves in time to bring you a little lime. (and it seems a rhyme).

I found an interesting blurb on the healing properties of lime so my latest post is all about this natural wonder food - and several good for the skin recipes... for the body not the tummy this time, although they are all natural so you probably could eat them as well. :)

<description>This week&#039;s post is by guest writer Amy Boland, who discusses the fact that &quot;food policies are part of the problem.&quot; The comments on this post are really interesting, and i encourage you all to chime in.

Thanks a lot,
Lee

<description>This post is from sustainable farmer stacie gordon of Colton, Oregon, about how intrinsically linked farming and failure are. But don&#039;t be worried, failure is good for a farm...because of what we can learn from it...Beautiful piece from a new farmer blogger!
