My post is just about some baking I did where I accidentally used less sugar. I also pre-measured the dry ingredients for pancakes and cornbread so it will be more convenient to make them. So long, Bisquick (not that I've used that in a while, but now I'm not even tempted!).

I've never been a big pancakes and waffles person... but every once in a while, I get a craving. The recipe I'm sharing today is grain-free and very, very, VERY delicous. Enjoy!

Hey, Mrs. Julie. I didn’t know the answer to your question, so I went digging. TECHNICALLY, the answer is no because it’s basically just fancy sugar.

It’s on the list of "foods to avoid" at Paleo Diet (http://www.goodharvestmarket.com/special_diets/paleo_foods.html) and forbidden foods (so foreboding!) at this link – http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/paleodietcavemandiet/a/paleoforbidden.htm

But… I had 2 teaspoons, which is such a tiny amount, I deem it "OK."
