My post is just about some baking I did where I accidentally used less sugar. I also pre-measured the dry ingredients for pancakes and cornbread so it will be more convenient to make them. So long, Bisquick (not that I've used that in a while, but now I'm not even tempted!).

I've never been a big pancakes and waffles person... but every once in a while, I get a craving. The recipe I'm sharing today is grain-free and very, very, VERY delicous. Enjoy!

Frank Plugoff, a new contributor to Farm to Table, stops in with a breathtaking essay on an experience he had in the Czech Republic where he was privy to an annual village hunt in a small sylvan village. Everyone in the village does their part and shares in the bounty of the nearby forest. Permaculture? Maybe, but it is a beautiful thing to behold either way and I couldn't NOT share it with all of you. Wishing you all a wonderful and happy weekend!
