I've been working on my okra recipe, trying to come up with something that's snackable -- like fried okra -- but way, WAY better for me to eat. I think I finally landed on a recipe I like, and today, I'm sharing it on my blog. Hope you like it!

This morning I was lamenting the fact that I didn't have a real food post to share, but the inspiration bug tickled my typing fingers and I had a little anthropomorphic fun (and a bit of planthropomorphic fun if I may be so bold as to coin a tongue twisting new word).

So beware of the catnip crazed cat and his herby aerogrow overthrow. :)

I read a news article this week that got my back up: "This recession looks fat on you: Turn toward cheaper, unhealthier food weighs on Americans." The assumption that real food costs too much has just got to be broken, loudly and often! My post features a collection of my favorite money saving real food blog posts from the last several months.

My post this week is about Australian cellulite guru, Bronwyn Hewitt, who's been successfully treating cellulite using massage, back to basics nutrition, and aromatherapy out of her Melbourne cellulite clinic for the last 20 years. You won't believe what Australian women are saying about her treatment --that it's easy and fun? I included a few testimonials in the post so you can read them for yourself. I'm excited to be interview Bronwyn next week to get the dirt on all her cellulite secrets. Please let me know if you have a specific question for her. Thanks, and happy Fight Back Friday!

I have really come to enjoy the links here....I always learn so much. This week I have a butternut squash tart that's made without all of the canned ingredients one usually finds in a pumpkin pie. It's sweet enough to be a dessert but you can still taste the natural sweetness of the smooth squash, which I love.

Hi Everyone!

This week I have a recipe for a healthier version of banana bread. This bread also has prunes which adds a nice caramel texture to it! And it uses fresh whole spelt grains!

Michelle.
