I know I'm preaching to the choir, but a fun story to tell about industrial food and its marketing is at No. 31.

Did Swine Flu pop up as nature's way of showing the imbalance and injustice of factory farming? Another big fat reason to eat meat from pastured animals!

Hi Kristen - my article today is about being addicted to healthy shopping (and yes, that it's a good thing) with resources for healthy foods. There is also another new article I've posted today directly following the shopping article about sprouted grains. Happy Friday!

Turnips, radishes, eggplant, and grape tomatoes all turn into magical yumminess when you roast them in the oven. I shared some recipes today that actually had me falling in love with turnips. Go figure!

I got a big bunch of kale in my CSA distribution and had to make kale chips. They were fabulous - and freshly harvested, organic kale is worlds better than anything thing I've ever had from the store.
