this week i'm sharing a round up of healthy kids food blogs that were mentioned on Oh Dee Doh. Even if not all the "healthy" blogs are "real" food, it is encouraging to see that a number of the Kids Food blogs did cover real food for real kids, in lieu of catering to what the media thinks kids like, nuggets, fries and goldfish.

I love the aroma and flavor of Middle Eastern and north African spices. Today I'm sharing a basic recipe for Ras el Hanout, a spice blend that works on veggies -- spaghetti squash, kale w/ coconut milk, sweet potatoes -- and meats: lamb, chicken, and pork are especially good. Enjoy!

See how Chinese Medicine might change your perspective on your health issues. I'm using Peach as an herbal remedy to draw the effects of heat from my body...which in turn causes illness. See how gluten may be at the center of my ills.

Fight Back Fridays are great! This is my first posting here. This post explains why I believe that it is best to only eat food that is organic or the equivalent.

Today, we're spotlighting a Real Food Chef out of North Carolina who will make you stand up and clap.

And! What's going on in the world of Real Food Restaurants!

Enjoy,
Holly

My first comment didn't show up, so forgive me if this is a double post.
