		<description>&lt;p&gt;I hate onions,  but I hate making my kids eat things I will not eat.  I decided (and signed the petition) that I will eat onions.  Part of what I am doing to help that is to cook through a cookbook, with a rule that states &quot;I cannot omit the onions&quot;.  Thanks for this great challenge!&lt;br /&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;Great ideas! I think you are right on with the texture thing. My husbands mom used to overcook veggies so he was pleasantly surprised at my al dente  way of cooking them. Roasted veggies are my absolute fav, my kids fav too! Roasting veggies brings out a wonderful, savory flavor.&lt;/p&gt;

It goes have rolled oats in it... but if you take those out then you have a primal/paleo, gluten free, grain free, wheat free, etc. &quot;bread&quot;!!
