In case you missed it, two wonderful blogs welcomed Food Renegade posts into their homes this week.
Andrew at Go Healthy Go Fit invited me to share a couple of healthy real food recipes, and Kelly at Kelly The Kitchen Kop invited me to write a post about cooking grass-fed beef.
So, if you haven’t already, go check out their sites and leave a few comments to let them know how much we appreciate their hard work and generous hospitality.

Kristen, now I want to go check out the sweet potato fries at Andrew’s blog! I appreciate your sharing all your grass-fed cooking tips – and get this! Tonight we went out to eat and the restaurant had grass-fed steak on the menu – it was so tender and delicious! As soon as we go to the farm again, I’m getting some grass fed steaks to try, now that you’ve given me confidence again! 🙂

Andrew — No, really. I should be thanking you!
Kelly — Oh, I’m glad I inspired you. I grilled up a flank steak for dinner (grass-fed of course) and it came out fantastic. Flank steaks are notoriously tough cuts of meat, but even they come out fine if you’re extra careful to not overcook them.

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don’t know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
